Individual registration is available for participants attending independently of a school or institution.

After January 22, contact the Action Lab Coordinator to inquire about late registration. Unconfirmed participants or cancelled registrations may be released to the waitlist after the deadline.

School and Group Registration

The school/organization registration pathway is intended for established schools, colleges, studios, companies, and organizations attending Action Lab as an organized group. To qualify for school/organization registration and group pricing, the registering entity must provide insurance documentation consistent with Fullerton College Theatre Festival requirements, including:
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence / $3 million aggregate
  • Additional Insured Endorsement naming North Orange County Community College District / Fullerton College as required

School/organization registration and group pricing are contingent upon submission of the required insurance documentation. Detailed submission instructions will be provided after registration.

Participant Registration: $50 per participant

School/Organization Registration Deadline: December 11, 2026

Schools/organizations will be asked to provide an estimated participant count when registering. Every person attending the Action Lab must also complete the separate Participant Registration Form by January 22, 2027. Final Action Lab participant counts will be determined by completed Participant Registration Forms. Schools and organizations are encouraged to release any spaces they no longer expect to use so they can be offered to other participants.

Registration Confirmation and Waitlist

Submitting an online registration reserves a place in Action Lab, subject to the festival’s capacity and final attendance-confirmation requirements.

If registration reaches capacity, additional registrants may be placed on a waitlist.

Individual participants, schools, and organizations must confirm attendance by January 22, 2027.

Spaces released through cancellations, reduced school/group rosters, or unconfirmed registrations may be offered to waitlisted participants between January 23 and January 28.

Participants, schools, and organizations should notify the Action Lab Coordinator as soon as possible if they are unable to attend so their spaces can be offered to other participants.

Payments received are nonrefundable after January 22, 2027.

Individuals, schools, and organizations may also pay by check in advance or bring payment to the Action Lab at check-in.

Checks should be made payable to the Fullerton College Theatre Arts Department with “Action Lab” in the memo/notes section of the check.
